While I did get a refund for my item, I still think its important to leave a review. From the beginning, it was difficult to communicate with the seller. I emailed to confirm that they had even received my logo/email, to only receive a templated email that didn't acknowledge the long turn around time or that I had emailed them earlier in the week. The proof looked great and I approved it same day. Shipping and production took about as long as expected. Once I received the order I was let down that the logo was much much smaller than the proof displayed. I reached out right away via Etsy to the shop regarding my concern, with no response for a whole week. I opened a case today with Etsy asking for a replacement item, I was issued a full refund within an hour. This the only reason I gave the seller 3 stars.
