Custom fitted baseball hats or adjustable caps
Custom fitted baseball hats are made in fixed head sizes, while adjustable caps use a strap or buckle to fit most heads. The current range here is adjustable: Otto Cap corduroy, washed cotton and printed cotton twill styles. If your order needs a closed-back cap in a particular fitted size, these products do not meet that requirement. Their materials, closures and decoration choices are explained below.
Adjustable Otto Cap styles rather than custom baseball fitted hats
The caps currently shown here have adjustable straps, not fixed fitted sizes. The Otto Cap corduroy, washed cotton and printed caps all use a low-profile, unstructured crown with a buckle closure. If you need a closed-back cap in a specific fitted size, these listings do not meet that requirement. For an adjustable cap, the Otto Cap Embroidered Corduroy Cap starts at $33.99. The Otto Cap Embroidered Washed Cotton Cap and Otto Cap Printed Cap each start at $35.99. Prices are per finished piece with your logo included.
Cotton twill or corduroy fabric
The washed cotton and printed caps use 100% cotton twill. The embroidered corduroy cap is also cotton, with a ridged fabric texture and curved visor. Choose the fabric for the look you want, then decide on printed artwork or a stitched logo. Hand wash these caps and air dry them flat. Do not bleach the fabric or iron directly over the decoration.

If an adjustable cap suits your order, start with one to check its shape and fit. There is no minimum quantity. The free digital proof lets you review the wording and logo position before production; it does not replace checking the physical fit. For a team order, request a quote with the chosen cap, decoration and quantity. Production takes two days after proof approval. Shipping time is additional.
