Production takes 5 to 10 business days in our own US workshop. Once your order ships, most US deliveries arrive in approximately 2 to 5 additional days with tracking. US shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders under that threshold ship at standard carrier rates, which are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Most Cotton Heritage orders for teams and staff land above the $150 threshold once you add quantity, so free shipping applies to the majority of orders. All shipments include tracking so you can follow your order from our workshop to your door.

Yes. Once your logo is digitized and on file with us, reorders are straightforward. You just specify the style, color, quantity, and size breakdown, and we run the same decoration file used on your original order. There is still no minimum on reorders, so you can top up with a small quantity at any time without paying for a full reproof or setup. Your stitch file or print file stays on file indefinitely.
