Production takes 5 to 10 business days in our US shop, depending on the quantity and complexity of the decoration. After production, shipping adds roughly 2 to 5 business days by tracked carrier within the US. For most small to mid-size runs, customers receive their order within about two weeks from proof approval. If you are working to a tight event deadline, let us know on your quote request and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Yes. We send a free digital proof showing your logo on the cap before anything is made. The proof shows placement, size, thread colors for embroidery, or ink colors for heat-press print. You review it and either approve it or ask for changes. Nothing goes into production until you sign off. There is no charge for the proof or for revisions to get the placement right.

There are no setup fees and no digitizing fees. The discount is built into the quoted price per cap. Once we have your logo digitized and your order on file, reorders are straightforward. We keep your stitch file or print file so you do not need to resend artwork or pay for digitizing again. Reordering a proven design is typically faster than the first run.

Yes. Orders over $150 ship free within the US. Orders below that threshold ship at a standard flat rate based on size and weight. All orders ship with tracking so you can follow the progress from our workshop to your door. Free US shipping applies to standard ground delivery. If you need expedited shipping for an urgent event deadline, ask on your quote and we will include the options.
