When do I get paid?
Monthly. Commissions are confirmed after the order ships and clears the refund window, then paid in the next monthly cycle.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Refunded or canceled orders do not pay commission. Partial refunds reduce the commission by the refunded items.
How long does the cookie last?
60 days on the standard track. Growth Partners get 90 days. Partner-Reps can register a lead for 180 days.
Do I earn on reorders?
Yes. Qualifying reorders from customers you referred pay up to $2 per item for 12 months from their first order.
Can I run paid ads?
Yes, with one rule: no bidding on Arklavo brand terms or misspellings, and no direct-linking paid search to arklavo.com. Promote your own content.
Can coupon sites join?
Only with original content. Pure coupon aggregation and code-scraping sites are not approved.
Can I get product samples?
Verified top-tier creators can request a sample kit for review content after approval. It is manual, not automatic.
Do I have to disclose the affiliate relationship?
Yes. The FTC requires a clear disclosure on every piece of content with your link or code. We give you ready-to-paste disclosure language in the content kit.

How are commissions calculated?
