Champion custom shirts are Champion-brand tees, hoodies, jackets, and sweatshirts that we decorate with your logo or artwork. Arklavo applies embroidery, direct-to-garment print, or heat-transfer print depending on your design and the garment. We handle everything in house: digitizing your artwork, sending a free digital proof for your approval, and decorating and shipping your order. No third-party printer, no minimum, no setup fees.

We carry Champion tees, hoodies, jackets, and sweatshirts. Classic cotton and cotton-poly tees suit everyday team wear, staff shirts, and events. Embroidered hoodies, jackets, and crewneck sweatshirts work well for sports teams, gyms, and active crews. Colors and size availability vary by style. Send us your requirement on the quote form and we will confirm what we have in stock for your order.

We offer three decoration methods on Champion shirts: embroidery, direct-to-garment print, and DTF heat-transfer print. Embroidery gives a raised, durable finish that suits left-chest logos and sleeve placement. DTG and DTF print handle full-color designs and large graphics across the chest or back. We match the method to your artwork and the specific garment. Both embroidery and print are available with no minimum.

There is no minimum order. You can order a single custom shirt to check the fit, color, and decoration quality before committing to a full team run. The price per shirt falls automatically as your quantity rises, with bulk discounts at 10, 24, 50, 100, and 250 pieces. Production takes 5 to 10 business days after you approve your free digital proof. Shipping from our US workshop to your address takes about 2 to 5 business days. For most orders that works out to roughly 1 to 2 weeks from order to delivery. Rush timelines may be possible on some orders; mention your deadline on the quote form and we will confirm what we can do.

Yes. We send a free digital proof of your exact shirt before we make anything. The proof shows your logo placement, color, and decoration type on the garment. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof. There is no charge for the proof and no digitizing fee. If you want adjustments to the placement or size, we revise the proof at no extra cost.

Bulk discounts apply automatically based on quantity: 5% off at 10 to 23 shirts, 10% off at 24 to 49, 15% off at 50 to 99, 20% off at 100 to 249, and 25% off at 250 to 499 shirts. There are no setup fees or minimum quantities. For orders of 500 or more, request a quote for a custom price. Your first order also qualifies for an additional 15% off with the code FIRST15.

Yes. You can mix sizes within a single order with no restrictions. A typical team order might include a spread across small through extra-large or beyond, and we treat the total quantity as one order for pricing purposes. Just list the sizes and quantities you need on the quote form. Youth sizes are available on some Champion styles; mention it if you need them.

Free US shipping applies on orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship at a standard rate. All orders ship with tracking from our US workshop. We do not currently ship outside the United States. For large bulk orders, estimated shipping costs and timelines are included in the quote we send back.

We accept most standard file formats including AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG. Vector files such as AI and EPS give us the most flexibility for embroidery digitizing and print. High-resolution PNG or PDF files at 300 dpi or above also work well. If you only have a low-resolution file, let us know; our team will advise whether we can work with it or suggest a clean-up option.

Reorders are straightforward once your logo is in our system. Contact us with the style, quantity, and size breakdown you need and we will confirm stock availability and turnaround. You do not need to re-submit your artwork or go through the proof stage again unless you want to change the placement or design. Reorders qualify for the same bulk pricing tiers as your original order.
