Independent trading custom apparel refers to branded garments made on Independent Trading Co. blanks, one of the most widely used fleece lines in the US. Arklavo decorates these blanks with real stitched embroidery, DTG print, or DTF print. You upload your logo, we digitize or prepare the artwork in house, send you a free digital proof, and then decorate and ship your order. No minimum order is required, and there are no setup or digitizing fees.

Independent Trading Co. produces pullover hoodies, full-zip hoodies, crew-neck sweatshirts, quarter-zip pullovers, and lightweight coaches jackets, among other styles. The most popular for team and business orders are the classic pullover hoodie and the full-zip. Both are available in midweight and heavyweight fleece options and carry a roomy, true-to-size unisex fit that works well across a mixed staff or crew.

Arklavo decorates Independent Trading Co. blanks using three methods: embroidery, direct-to-garment print, and direct-to-film print. Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fleece for a raised, durable finish that holds up through heavy washing. DTG and DTF print work better when your artwork is detailed, photographic, or uses gradients across a large area. We recommend the right method for your art on your free proof.

There is no minimum order quantity. You can order a single hoodie to check the color, fit, and decoration before committing to a larger run. Most customers start with a small sample or a run for one team, then reorder once they have seen the finished piece. The price per piece drops automatically at 10, 24, 50, 100, and 250 units, so there is no penalty for starting small and scaling later.

After you approve your free digital proof, production takes around 5 to 10 business days in our US workshop. Shipping then adds roughly 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Total door-to-door time for most US orders lands between one and two weeks. Rush options are available on request; ask on your quote if you have a firm event or delivery date and we will confirm what is possible.

Yes. Every order receives a free digital proof before production begins. We show you the exact placement, size, and color of your logo on the garment so you can approve it or request changes. Nothing goes to the decoration floor until you confirm the proof in writing. There is no charge for the proof or for digitizing your artwork into stitch or print files, regardless of the order size.

Independent Trading Co. produces a wide color range including black, charcoal, slate, navy, forest green, maroon, cardinal, heather grey, and a variety of seasonal shades. Availability varies by style and season. When you request a quote, let us know your preferred colors and we will confirm current stock. If you need a color not shown, ask and we will check availability across the full Independent Trading Co. catalog.

Most Independent Trading Co. styles run unisex XS to 3XL, with some styles extending to 4XL or 5XL. The fit is generally true to size with a relaxed, roomy body. If your crew prefers a closer fit, sizing down by one is common. For a layering piece worn over a polo or button-down, sizing up gives extra room. We can build a mixed-size run across your whole crew on a single order; list your sizes on the quote.

Bulk discounts apply automatically based on the total number of pieces in your order. You receive 5 percent off at 10 pieces, 10 percent off at 24, 15 percent off at 50, 20 percent off at 100, and 25 percent off at 250 pieces or more. Discounts apply to the per-piece price, not to decoration or shipping. You can also use the code FIRST15 for 15 percent off your first order. Yes. You can mix pullover and zip-up styles, different colors, and a full range of sizes within a single order. Each piece can carry the same logo at the same placement, or you can vary placement by style. Mixing styles and colors does not affect your bulk discount, which is calculated on the total unit count across the order. Note any mix details when you request a quote and we will confirm pricing and production time.

Reorders are straightforward once your logo is on file with us. We keep your digitized stitch files and print-ready artwork so you do not need to resubmit assets or pay for digitizing again. Send your reorder request with the style, color, sizes, and quantity and we will generate a new proof for your approval if anything has changed, or move straight to production if the order matches the previous run. Reorders typically ship within the same standard lead time.

Arklavo ships all custom apparel orders across the US. Orders over $150 ship free. Orders under that threshold carry a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout or on your quote. All orders ship with tracking so you can follow your delivery. We do not currently ship outside the US. If you need expedited delivery, request it on your quote and we will confirm whether we can meet your date and any additional cost.
