How your kitchen uniforms are made

Real embroidery and print, decorated and finished in our own shop.

Embroidery or print, your call

We embroider your logo straight into the fabric for a raised, durable finish that holds up through daily shifts, or run DTG and DTF print when you want full-color detail.

We digitize your artwork

Our team turns your logo into clean stitch files or print-ready art and shows you a proof to sign off, so the result matches your brand.

Built for a working kitchen

Durable fabrics built for daily wear, finished and checked by hand before they ship.

Why custom kitchen uniforms from Arklavo beat the usual options

Real stitched embroidery or print, no minimum, and days not weeks. It is a combination no promo shop, online marketplace, or local embroiderer offers all at once.

Market outlook

The custom apparel market is set to more than double by 2030

The market data lines up with what we see every week. Branded apparel is the biggest category in promotional products, and uniforms for foodservice and hospitality teams are a growing share of it as embroidery moves past 40 percent of the decorated-apparel market. More kitchen and culinary teams are choosing stitched logos on quality fabrics for the professional look, and they want it without a fifty-piece minimum. That is the shift we built Arklavo around.

Everything to know about custom kitchen and culinary uniforms

Kitchen and culinary teams need apparel that looks sharp and holds up through service. We make custom aprons in organic cotton twill, printed or embroidered with your restaurant or catering logo, decorated with no minimum order.

Choosing your kitchen uniform style

An embroidered apron signals professional kitchen culture and keeps the team looking sharp during service. A printed apron works just as well for cafes and quick-turn orders where budget and speed matter most.

Embroidery, DTG, or DTF

We embroider your logo into the chest or sleeve for a raised, durable finish that survives daily washing and kitchen heat, or run DTG and DTF print when you want full color across a larger area. Embroidery holds up best for long-term staff wear. We digitize your artwork in house at no charge before a proof.

Ordering, no minimums, and reorders

There is no minimum, so you can order a single piece to check the fabric, fit, and decoration before a full team run, and the price per piece falls as the quantity rises. We send a free digital proof before anything is made. Once your logo is on file, reorders for new hires or seasonal staff are simple.

Branded kitchen aprons suit restaurants, cafes, catering companies, culinary schools, food trucks, hotel kitchens, and event catering crews. Embroidered or printed, they give front-of-house and kitchen staff a consistent, professional look.

Kitchen uniform sizing and fit

Our pieces are real apparel sizes, not one size. We carry unisex XS to 5XL, with the exact range set by the style you pick. Here is how to size a run for a full kitchen or catering crew.

Unisex XS to 5XL

Aprons are one size, adjustable, and fit most builds with an adjustable neck strap and waist ties. If your crew works in a busy kitchen, order a couple of spares for quick changeovers between shifts.

Fit by style

An embroidered apron holds a raised, stitched logo that reads as premium for fine dining and catering. A printed apron gives a bold, flat logo finish that suits cafes and casual dining at a lower price point.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of kitchen uniforms can you brand with my logo?

We can embroider or print your logo on aprons for your kitchen and culinary team, available in men's and women's styles. Choose embroidered or printed depending on the look you want. Let us know what roles you are outfitting and we will point you to the right styles in the right fabrics for a working kitchen environment.

Is there a minimum order for branded kitchen uniforms?

There is no minimum order. You can order a single piece to check the fabric, fit, and decoration before committing to a full team run. Once you are happy with the sample, reordering for your full kitchen crew is straightforward, and bulk discounts kick in automatically starting at 10 pieces.

How do I get a price for my order?

Use the design studio to build your order and see a live price, or go to our request-a-quote page and send your logo, the styles you want, sizes, and quantities. We send back a detailed quote, usually the same business day. There are no setup fees and no digitizing charges on top of the per-piece price.

What decoration methods do you offer for culinary and restaurant uniforms?

We offer embroidery, DTG print, and DTF print. Embroidery is the most common choice for kitchen uniforms because the stitched finish holds up through repeated service washing and looks professional at close range. DTG and DTF print work well for detailed artwork, full-color graphics, or large back prints. We can advise based on your logo and the fabric you choose.

Do you offer bulk pricing discounts?

Yes. Discounts apply automatically based on quantity: 5% off at 10 pieces, 10% off at 24, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100, and 25% off at 250 or more. The discount applies to the per-piece price across the order. You can mix styles and sizes within the same order, and the discount is calculated on the total quantity.

How long does production and shipping take?

Most orders are made in house in 3 to 5 days and then shipped with tracking. US delivery after dispatch is typically 3 to 5 days depending on your location. If you need a specific date, let us know on your quote and we will confirm whether the timeline works before we start.

Will I see a proof before my uniforms are produced?

Yes, every order includes a free digital proof showing your logo on the piece you ordered, positioned exactly as it will appear on the finished garment. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof. If you want any changes to placement, color, or scale, we revise and resend the proof before we start.

What sizes do you carry for kitchen and culinary uniform pieces?

Most styles run unisex XS to 5XL, though the top of the size range varies by brand and style. Chef coats are typically available in short sleeve and long sleeve cuts. If you need a full size run for a large kitchen crew, we can sort all sizes on a single order. Youth and plus sizes are available on select styles. Ask on your quote and we will confirm.

Can I place a mixed order with different styles in the same order?

Yes. You can mix men's and women's aprons, embroidered or printed, in the same order. There is no minimum per style, so you could order a handful of each. Bulk discount tiers are based on the total number of pieces across the order rather than per style, so mixing styles does not prevent you from hitting a lower price tier.

How should I wash and care for embroidered kitchen uniforms?

Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low, or hang to dry. Washing inside out protects the embroidery and decoration from friction in the drum. Avoid bleach and high heat, which can weaken thread or cause print to crack over time. Following these steps keeps the logo looking sharp through regular kitchen service washing.

Can I reorder additional pieces once my logo is on file?

Yes. Once we have your logo on file and your proof is approved, reorders are simple. You do not need to go through the proof process again for the same logo on the same style. Just send us the style, size, and quantity you need. There is still no minimum on reorders, so ordering a single piece for a new team member is fine.

Does free US shipping apply to kitchen uniform orders?

Yes. Free US shipping applies to all orders over $150. Orders under $150 are still shipped with tracking at a flat rate. We ship to all US states. If you are ordering for multiple restaurant locations or catering sites and need split shipments, let us know on your quote and we will work out the details.
