Appeals
If we deny your request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may submit an appeal by emailing privacy@arklavo.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.
13. Financial Incentives
If we offer promotional programs that provide benefits in exchange for personal information, we will provide the material terms at the time of enrollment. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time.
14. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date and posting the revised version on our Website.
