The price per piece falls automatically as the quantity rises, with discounts starting at 10 pieces and increasing at 24, 50, 100, and 250.

Most branded men's jackets take two days to produce after you approve your digital proof, then ship in 3 to 5 days to reach your crew. Rush order or express shipping is available if you need jackets sooner. For larger or more complex runs, your quote will include a realistic timeline. We do not promise overnight turnaround, but we move quickly and keep you updated throughout.

We offer embroidery, DTG print, and heat press. Embroidery is the most popular for jackets because it holds up through outdoor use, daily wear, and washing. DTG and heat press work well when your artwork has fine detail, gradients, or large areas of color. We digitize your artwork in house at no charge and include a proof for every order.

Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof showing your logo positioned on the jacket before we run a single stitch or print. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof. This is included at no extra charge, regardless of order size.

Most men's jacket styles run S to 3XL or S to 5XL, with the exact range depending on the brand and style you choose. We can sort a full size run on a single order. If your crew wears heavy layers underneath, we recommend sizing up one. Ask on your quote and we will confirm the size run for the style you select.

Yes. You can mix sizes across a single order to cover a full team. Mixing different jacket styles in one order is also possible, and your quote will reflect the pricing for each style and quantity. There is no requirement to order a single size or a single style, and no minimum applies to the total order.

Discounts apply automatically by quantity. You get 5 percent off at 10 pieces, 10 percent off at 24, 15 percent off at 50, 20 percent off at 100, and 25 percent off at 250 or more. Once your logo is on file from a first order, reorders are straightforward. We keep your artwork and digitized stitch or print files so you do not have to resubmit your logo or re-approve a proof from scratch. Just request a quote with your style, sizes, and quantity and we will turn it around quickly.

The most common placements are left chest, right chest, sleeve, and back yoke. Embroidery works best on the chest and sleeve for a professional, long-lasting finish. Larger back prints suit DTG and heat press. You can request multiple placements on the same jacket. Additional placements are available for a small extra charge per piece, which we will include in your quote.

US orders over $150 ship free. Orders under that threshold carry a standard shipping charge, which will appear in your quote. All orders ship with tracking so you know exactly when to expect delivery. We ship worldwide, with the free-shipping threshold applied in your local currency.

Vector files such as AI, EPS, and SVG give the cleanest results and are ideal for embroidery digitizing and print. We also accept PNG and PDF files at high resolution. If you only have a low-resolution file or a photo of your logo, send it over and our team will advise on the best path forward before we run your proof.
