We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and EPS files. A high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI or a vector file (AI or EPS) gives the cleanest results for embroidery and print. If you only have a low-resolution file, send it anyway and our team will tell you if it will work or ask for an alternative. We digitize embroidery files in house at no charge.
