Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order a single polo or work shirt to check the fit, color, and decoration before placing a larger crew order. The price per piece drops automatically as your quantity rises, from 5 percent off at 10 pieces up to 25 percent off at 250 or more. There are no setup fees either. Most first orders we fill are a small sample run.

We offer embroidery, direct-to-garment print, and heat press. Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fabric for a raised, durable finish that survives industrial washing. How long does production and shipping take?

Most orders ship within about 5 to 10 business days of proof approval, then transit to most US addresses takes roughly 2 to 5 days with tracking. If your crew needs uniforms by a specific date, note it on your quote request and we will confirm whether the timeline works before you commit.

Do I get to see the design before production starts?

Yes. We send a free digital proof showing your exact logo placement, thread or ink colors, and garment color before we make anything. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof. If you want any adjustments, we revise it and send a corrected version. There is no charge for the proof or for revisions.

What sizes are available for work uniforms?

Most styles run unisex XS to 5XL, though the top end of the range varies by brand and cut. If your crew includes a wide range of sizes, note that on your quote request and we will confirm availability across the full run. Women's fitted cuts and tall sizes are available on select styles. Ask when you submit your order.

Can I add crew names or role labels alongside the company logo?

Yes. You can add individual names, department labels, job titles, or any text alongside your company logo at no extra charge. Names typically go on the right chest as a second placement, while the logo sits on the left. We set the layout on the proof so you can see exactly how it looks before we run the order.

How does bulk pricing work for facilities teams?

Discounts apply automatically based on quantity. Orders of 10 to 23 pieces save 5 percent; 24 to 49 save 10 percent; 50 to 99 save 15 percent; 100 to 249 save 20 percent; and 250 or more save 25 percent. There are no setup fees and the discounts apply across mixed styles and sizes in the same order. Request a quote for your exact total.

What colors are available for work shirts and polos?

We stock black, navy, gray, and khaki across most styles, which covers the most common choices for maintenance and facilities crews. Additional colors are available on many brands on request. If your company has a specific brand color requirement, note it on your quote and we will confirm the closest match or available options.

Can I mix different garment styles in one order?

Yes. You can combine polos, work shirts, and jackets in the same order and the bulk discount applies to the combined quantity. This lets you give different roles the right garment, for example a polo for indoor facilities staff and a jacket for outdoor grounds workers, while still qualifying for the quantity tier that fits your total headcount.

How do I reorder when I hire new crew members?

Once your logo is on file after the first order, reorders are fast and simple. We keep your digitized artwork and proof on record so you do not need to resubmit or pay digitizing fees again. Just send the new sizes and quantities and we send a proof for sign-off before we run. Reorders typically follow the same production and shipping timeline as the original order.

Is shipping free?

US shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders below that threshold ship at standard carrier rates calculated at checkout. Most orders to the continental US arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they leave our shop, with tracking provided on every shipment. We do not currently ship outside the US.
