Reorders are straightforward once your logo is on file with us. We keep your digitized stitch files and print-ready artwork so you do not need to resubmit assets or pay for digitizing again. Send your reorder request with the style, color, sizes, and quantity and we will generate a new proof for your approval if anything has changed, or move straight to production if the order matches the previous run. Reorders typically ship within the same standard lead time.

Arklavo ships custom apparel orders worldwide from the US. Orders over $150 USD (or the local-currency equivalent) ship free. Orders under that threshold carry a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout or on your quote. All orders ship with tracking so you can follow your delivery.
