Once you are happy with the sample, reorders are straightforward and your logo file stays on file with us.

We offer real stitched embroidery, DTG print, and DTF print. Embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric for a raised, durable finish that holds up through frequent washes. It works well on a left chest logo or sleeve. DTG and DTF print are better suited to large graphics, full-color artwork, or detailed illustrations across the chest or back. We will recommend the best method for your logo and garment when we send your proof.

Production takes 5 to 10 business days after you approve your proof. Shipping within the US takes about 2 to 5 days after the order ships, with tracking included. So most orders arrive in under two weeks from the day you approve the proof. If you have a class launch date, event, or seasonal drop coming up, let us know on your quote request and we will confirm whether the timeline works.

Yes, a free digital proof is included with every order. After you place your order and we receive your logo, our team digitizes the artwork and sends you a proof showing exactly how the decoration will look on your chosen garment. Nothing goes into production until you sign off on it. There are no digitizing fees, no setup fees, and the proof process does not extend the standard production window significantly.

Discounts apply automatically based on total quantity. You get 5% off at 10 pieces, 10% off at 24, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100, and 25% off at 250 or more. You do not need a separate promo code; the discount applies at checkout or is reflected in your quote. You can mix styles and sizes in one order and the total quantity still counts toward your discount tier.

We stock black, white, gray, charcoal, and navy across most of our core styles, with additional colors available on request depending on the brand and garment. If your studio brand uses a specific color, share the name or hex code on your quote request and we will check availability for the style you want. Some brands have a wider color range than others, so the more specific you can be the faster we can confirm.

Most styles run unisex from XS to 3XL or 5XL depending on the brand. Fitted styles tend to range from XS to 2XL. Youth sizes are available on some garments; ask on your quote if you need them. If your studio team includes a wide range of sizes, we can include a full size run on a single order and price them together. Size charts for each style are available on request.

Reorders are simple. Your logo file and decoration specs stay on file with us, so you do not need to re-submit artwork or go through the proof process from scratch each time. You can reorder the same style and color in new quantities, or branch into a different garment using the same logo. There is still no minimum on reorders, so you can top up a size that sold out without placing a large run.
