We digitize your logo in house at no extra charge and recommend the best method for your art and your garment type.

There is no minimum order. You can order a single tee, polo, or hoodie to check the color, fit, and decoration quality before committing to a full staff run. The price per piece falls automatically as your quantity rises, with discounts starting at ten pieces. No minimum is a real policy, not a fine-print exception that applies only to certain decoration methods or garment types.

We make your order in house in five to ten business days after you approve your proof, then ship with tracking. Transit in the US typically adds two to five days, so most orders arrive within two weeks of placing them. Exact timelines depend on garment stock and order size. If you have a specific event, opening, or staff launch date, mention it on your quote request and we will tell you whether it is achievable.

Yes, every order includes a free digital proof before we make anything. We send a rendered preview showing your logo on the exact garment you ordered, including placement, thread or ink colors, and size. Nothing goes to production until you give the green light. The proof also lets you catch any tweaks you want before the full run, so there are no surprises when the order arrives.

Vector files work best. Send an AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF with the logo on a transparent or white background. High-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI or above also work for DTG and DTF print. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send what you have and our team will let you know whether it needs a rework. We digitize embroidery files in house at no extra charge regardless of which format you provide.

Most styles run unisex XS to 5XL, though the exact top of the range varies by brand and style. Women's fitted cuts are available on select tees and polos. We can sort a full size run on a single order, so you do not need to place separate orders for different sizes. If you need youth sizes or extended sizes beyond the standard range, mention it on your quote request and we will confirm availability.

Bulk discounts apply automatically based on total quantity per order. You get five percent off at ten pieces, ten percent off at twenty-four pieces, fifteen percent off at fifty pieces, twenty percent off at one hundred pieces, and twenty-five percent off at two hundred and fifty or more. Yes. You can mix tees, polos, hoodies, and jackets, and mix sizes within a style, all in a single order. The total quantity across the order counts toward the bulk discount tier. If you are ordering for a team with varied size needs or want a combination of styles for different roles, add that detail to your quote request and we will work out the pricing and available options for you.

Once your logo is digitized and approved, reorders are straightforward. We keep your stitch or print file on record, so you do not need to resubmit artwork or go through the full proof cycle again from scratch. Just contact us with the style, sizes, and quantity you need and we will send updated pricing. Many wellness businesses reorder each season or when they bring on new staff, and the repeat process is much faster than the first order.

There are no setup fees and no digitizing fees. We convert your logo into embroidery stitch files or print-ready art in house and include that work in the order cost. The only charges are for the garments and decoration. The no-minimum policy also applies here: you are not required to hit a threshold to offset a setup fee.
