Typical lead times: from artwork upload to delivery

Lead times depend on three things: order size, decoration method, and shipping zone. The typical process for a standard order looks like this.

1. Upload your artwork. PNG or AI file works. Our team converts the uploaded logo to an embroidery-ready file (digitization is included at no charge on standard logos).
2. Approve the digital mockup. We send a digital mockup for your sign-off, typically within 4 to 8 business hours. No stitching happens until you approve.
3. Production runs. Typically 1 to 2 business days for orders under 50 pieces. 3 to 5 business days for larger orders.
