The price per piece falls automatically as the quantity rises, with discounts starting at 10 pieces and stepping up through 24, 50, 100, and 250 units. There are no setup fees or digitizing fees either.

Embroidery is the most popular choice for bar uniforms because the raised stitch holds up through repeated washing and looks sharp on a left-chest logo. We decorate your pieces in house in 3 to 5 days from proof approval, then ship with tracking. Standard US shipping adds roughly 2 to 5 days depending on your location. If you are ordering for a venue opening or a specific event date, mention it on your quote and we will confirm whether the timeline works. Rush options may be available on request.

Yes, every order includes a free digital proof at no charge. After you place your order or send us your logo, our team prepares a proof showing exactly how your artwork will look on the garment, including placement, size, and color. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof. If you want changes to the placement or scale, just let us know and we will revise it.

We stock most styles in black, white, navy, and gray, and additional colors are available on request depending on the brand and garment. Black is the most common choice for bartenders and nightclub staff because it reads sharp under low lighting and hides spills. If your bar has specific brand colors, tell us on the quote and we will source the closest available fabric shade and match your logo colors to it.

Yes. We can add individual names, job titles, or numbers to each garment in the same decoration run. This works for both embroidery and print. Just provide a list of names with the sizes they go on when you place your order or send your quote. There is no minimum quantity for name personalization. Pricing for individual names is confirmed on your quote.

Most styles run unisex from XS to 5XL, though the top of the size range varies by brand and garment. Some button-downs and fitted tees also come in men and women cuts for a better fit across a mixed team. If you need a youth size or an extended tall or big size, mention it on your quote and we will confirm availability. We can sort a full size run for your whole team on a single order.
