How we report
The Arklavo Newsroom publishes news and explanatory coverage about custom apparel, uniforms, workwear, and business branding. These standards describe how we gather, check, and present that work.
Sourcing
We base reporting on primary sources wherever possible, including public records, company filings, official data, named experts, and firsthand observation. When we cite outside data or trends, we link to the original source so readers can verify it. We do not present unverified claims as fact, and we label estimates and projections as such.
Fact-checking
Before publication, each article is checked for the accuracy of names, figures, dates, quotes, and claims. Numbers are traced back to their source. Statements about companies, products, and industry practices are confirmed against documentation or direct reporting. If we cannot confirm a claim, we either leave it out or clearly note the uncertainty.
Human editorial review
Every article is reviewed and approved by a human editor before it is published. The editor is responsible for accuracy, fairness, clarity, and adherence to these standards. A person, not an automated system, makes the final decision to publish.
Use of AI assistance
We sometimes use software tools, including artificial intelligence, to help with research, drafting, and editing. When we do, a human editor directs the work, verifies the facts, and takes responsibility for the final article. We do not publish machine-generated text that has not been checked and approved by a person. AI tools are never used to invent quotes, sources, or statistics.
Separation of editorial and commerce
The Arklavo Newsroom is funded by Arklavo, a US custom-apparel company, and operates as an independent editorial desk. Reporting decisions are made on news value and reader usefulness. Coverage is not shaped by sales goals, and articles are not written to promote specific products or offers. Advertising and commerce do not influence what we cover or how we cover it.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it and tell readers what changed. Errors can be reported to newsroom@arklavo.com. See our Corrections Policy for how this works.
