The Content Kit
Five briefs you can shoot or write today, a full screen-recording storyboard, eight vertical angles, paste-ready FTC disclosures, and the banner specs. Everything on this page is finished work. Take it, put it in your voice, publish.
Arklavo: no minimums, ships in 2 days, trusted by 13,000+ businesses.
The Facts You May State
Two lists. The left one is for your audience. The right one is for you. Keep them apart: your content sells uniforms, not the partner program. Never put payout numbers in audience-facing content.
Say these to your audience
- No minimum orders. Order 1 or order 500.
- Ships in 2 days.
- Shipping included on orders over $150.
- Design it yourself in the customizer, or request a quote and Arklavo builds the preview.
- Real embroidery, DTG print, and heat press.
- Trusted by 13,000+ businesses.
- Your code takes 15% off their first order. First order only, every time you say it.
- Quote path for team orders: arklavo.com/pages/request-quote
Arklavo is US-based and ships worldwide. The $150 threshold applies in USD or the local-currency equivalent.
Your payout terms (partner-only)
- First orders: up to $4 per item (40% of gross profit).
- Reorders: up to $2 per item for 12 months (20% of gross profit).
- Cookie: 60 days. Growth Partner 90 days. Partner-Rep 180-day lead registration.
- Growth Partner: up to $5 per item, up to $2.50 on reorders.
- Launch Booster: first 20 partners earn up to $7 per item on their first 3 referred orders.
- Milestones: $25 at your first 10+ item order, $200 at 100 items, $1,000 at 500 items. 1,000 items triggers a custom tier review.
- Payouts monthly by PayPal, $25 minimum.
Commission is calculated per product and confirmed in your dashboard. These are examples, not promised or guaranteed income.
Five Briefs You Can Publish This Week
Each brief gives you the goal, the outline, three hooks, the facts to include, where the link and code go, and the exact disclosure line. Swap in your voice. Keep the facts as written.
- Spell the brand Arklavo, one word, in all text, captions, and titles.
- Your tracked link and your audience code travel together, every time. Never post the code without the link.
- Team and bulk orders go to arklavo.com/pages/request-quote. Ask for a quote, never a call.
- No earnings claims about the partner program in audience-facing content.
- Never show apparel carrying the real Arklavo logo. Use "your logo here" mockups or your own logo in the customizer.
- For clinics and practices, lead with embroidered polos, jackets, lab coats, and front-desk attire. Stay on the products Arklavo actually sells.
- The FTC disclosure goes before the first affiliate link, in every format.
Brief 1 Build a Team Uniform in the Arklavo Customizer
- Cold open on the problem: "You have five employees and no uniforms because every supplier wants a 50-piece minimum."
- Introduce Arklavo in one line: a US uniform provider trusted by 13,000+ businesses, no minimum orders.
- Screen recording in real time: open the customizer, pick a polo or quarter-zip, upload a logo, place it on the left chest, preview it.
- Show the order math: put 8 or 12 units in the cart so viewers watch a real small-team quantity go through with no minimum warning.
- Call out speed: ships in 2 days, shipping included over $150.
- Show the second path: request a quote and Arklavo builds the preview. Hold the quote page for 3 to 5 seconds.
- Close: recap (no minimums, 2-day production, customize it or get a quote), then deliver your link and code.
- "I built a full team uniform for a 6-person business in under 10 minutes. Watch."
- "No minimums, no setup fees, ships in 2 days. Here is the uniform customizer small businesses keep asking me about."
- "You do not need 50 employees to get real embroidered uniforms. Here is proof."
- No minimum orders, order 1 or 500
- Shipping included over $150
- Ships in 2 days
- Two paths: customizer or quote with a preview built for you
- Real embroidery, DTG, heat press
- Trusted by 13,000+ businesses
Verbal: "Link is in the description. Use my code for 15% off your first order. Bigger team? Hit the quote page at that same link and they will send you a preview and pricing." Description: disclosure first, then your tracked link, then your code on its own line, then "Team of 10 or more? Request a quote here: [tracked link to /pages/request-quote]." Blog: first link inside the first 150 words, code in a callout after the walkthrough, quote link in the close.
"This video contains affiliate links. If you order through my link, I earn a commission at no extra cost to you."
Brief 2 Custom Ink Alternatives for Small Teams
- Intro: why people look for alternatives. Minimums, slow quotes, long production windows, limited embroidery on small runs.
- How you compared: state your criteria plainly. Minimums, production speed, decoration methods, ordering flow, shipping.
- Arklavo entry, placed where it genuinely earns its spot: best for small teams that want embroidery with no minimums. Cover the customizer, the quote path, 2-day production, shipping included over $150, and the 13,000+ figure.
- Three to five other alternatives, covered fairly with their real strengths. A one-pick listicle reads as an ad and converts worse.
- Comparison table: minimums, production time, decoration methods, best-for.
- Verdict by use case: "If you are a team of 5 to 50 and want embroidery without minimums, start with Arklavo." Link and code here.
- FAQ block: "Which custom apparel company has no minimums?" "Who does embroidery for small orders?" "How fast can I get custom polos?"
- "7 Custom Ink Alternatives for Small Teams (Compared by Minimums, Speed, and Embroidery)"
- "Custom Ink Wants a Bigger Order Than You Have? These Alternatives Work for Teams of 5."
- "I Compared Custom Apparel Companies for Small Teams. Here Is Where Each One Wins."
- No minimum orders
- Ships in 2 days
- Shipping included over $150
- Customizer or a quote with a preview
- Real embroidery, DTG, heat press
- US-based, trusted by 13,000+ businesses
Source every competitor claim from their own public pages and date it ("as of [month, year]"). Bound the title by use case, never an absolute superlative. No negative claims about competitor quality. Compare terms, not character. Include the standard disclaimer.
First Arklavo link inside the Arklavo entry. Code in the verdict: "Use code [YOURCODE] for 15% off your first order." Quote line in the verdict: "Teams of 25+: request a quote at arklavo.com/pages/request-quote through the link above and mention the code." Link the Arklavo row in the comparison table.
"Some links in this article are affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Every vendor here was evaluated on the same criteria."
Brief 3 No-Minimum Custom Polos for a New Business
- Hook the credibility gap: customers judge a new business in seconds, and matching embroidered polos are the cheapest way a small crew looks established.
- The blocker: most suppliers want minimums a 4-person business cannot meet, or setup fees that make a small run pointless.
- The fix: no minimums. Order exactly what your team needs, even 3 polos. Real embroidery, not a vinyl sticker look.
- Show it or screenshot it: a polo in the customizer with a logo on the left chest.
- Speed and cost: ships in 2 days, shipping included over $150, so a small team order usually ships at no extra cost.
- Growth angle: reorder one at a time as you hire. Your fifth hire gets the same polo as your first.
- CTA: code and link.
- "New business, 4 employees, zero uniforms? You can order exactly 4 embroidered polos. No minimum."
- "The fastest way for a new business to look established costs less than your sign."
- "Stop waiting until you 'have enough staff' for uniforms. There is no minimum order."
- No minimum orders
- Real embroidery plus DTG and heat press across the catalog
- Ships in 2 days
- Shipping included over $150
- Reorder one unit at a time as the team grows
- Customizer or quote
- 13,000+ businesses served
Video: verbal CTA in the last 5 seconds ("Code and link in my bio, 15% off your first order"). Link and code in the caption, disclosure first. Blog: link in paragraph one, code in a callout after the customizer section, closing CTA repeats both plus the quote path for 10+. Pin a comment with the disclosure, link, and code where platforms allow it.
"Affiliate link: I earn a commission if you order through my link, at no extra cost to you."
Brief 4 How Much Branded Apparel Costs for 10, 25, 50, and 100 People
- Direct answer up top: a 4-row summary of what drives cost at 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 people so skimmers get value in 10 seconds.
- What actually drives price: garment choice, decoration method, logo complexity and placement count, quantity.
- The traps that inflate cost elsewhere: minimums that force overbuying, setup and digitizing fees, stacked shipping charges. Note Arklavo has no minimums and includes shipping over $150.
- Scenario walkthroughs for 10, 25, 50, and 100 people. Describe a realistic kit (2 polos per person at 25 people = 50 units) and price it in the customizer or via quote. Pull live prices from arklavo.com so your numbers are current on publish day.
- How to get an exact number in minutes: build it in the customizer and see pricing live, or submit the quote form and get a preview plus pricing back without designing anything.
- Budget tips: order the exact headcount, consolidate to one shipment to clear $150, standardize on one garment with per-person sizing.
- CTA: code for first orders, quote link for 25+.
- "What Branded Apparel Really Costs for Teams of 10, 25, 50, and 100 (With Real Math)"
- "Budgeting Company Apparel? Here Is the Cost Breakdown Nobody Publishes."
- "The 4 Things That Decide What Your Team's Uniforms Cost (and the Fees You Should Never Pay)"
- No minimums, so a 10-person team pays for 10 people
- Shipping included over $150, which most team orders clear
- Ships in 2 days
- Embroidery, DTG, and heat press change per-unit cost; embroidery reads most premium on polos and outerwear
- Exact pricing paths: live customizer pricing or a quote with a preview
- Pull featured product prices from arklavo.com when you write. Never invent unit prices.
Tracked link in the direct-answer section at the top ("check live pricing here"). Code after the scenarios: "15% off your first order with code [YOURCODE]." Quote CTA as its own section near the end: "Ordering for 25 or more? Request a quote at arklavo.com/pages/request-quote through my link and mention the code. You get a preview and exact pricing back." Video version: summary table and both links in the description.
"This post contains affiliate links. If you order through them, I earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Prices shown were pulled from arklavo.com on [date]."
Brief 5 Uniform Refresh Checklist for Restaurants, Clinics, and Offices
- Why refreshes get skipped: nobody owns it, the last order was painful, and owners assume a refresh means a giant minimum and weeks of waiting.
- The 10-point uniform audit: faded or stained garments still in rotation; mismatched colors from years of different vendors; old logo or outdated brand colors; new hires waiting weeks or wearing their own clothes; no spare stock; front-of-house and back-of-house look like two companies; seasonal gaps; comfort and fit complaints; no written standard for "in uniform"; you cannot remember when you last ordered.
- Scoring: 3+ checks means the refresh is due.
- Vertical notes. Restaurants: front-of-house polos or aprons over a standard tee, durable fabrics that survive commercial washing, embroidery outlasts print on high-wash items. Clinics and practices: lead with embroidered polos, jackets, lab coats, and front-desk attire that matches the practice brand. Offices: quarter-zips, polos, and softshells for client-facing teams, one standard garment with per-person sizing.
- Why a refresh is easier than the original order: no minimums means you refresh in waves or top up sizes only, ships in 2 days, shipping included over $150, upload the logo once in the customizer or send it with a quote request.
- The refresh play in 3 steps: run the checklist, pick one standard garment per role, request a quote with headcount and logo.
- CTA: quote link primary, code for the order.
- "The 10-Point Uniform Audit: If Your Team Checks 3 of These, a Refresh Is Overdue."
- "Your Staff Uniforms Are Quietly Costing You Customers. Run This 2-Minute Checklist."
- "When Did You Last Order Team Uniforms? If You Cannot Remember, Read This."
- No minimums, refresh in waves or top up sizes without overbuying
- Ships in 2 days, so a refresh does not mean weeks of mismatched staff
- Shipping included over $150
- Customizer for self-serve refreshes, quote path with a preview for full-team refreshes
- Embroidery holds up best on high-wash garments
- Trusted by 13,000+ businesses
Primary after the 3-step play: "Request a refresh quote: arklavo.com/pages/request-quote (use my link) and mention code [YOURCODE]." Secondary in the vertical notes: tracked link to browse products. Code near the close: "First order? Code [YOURCODE] takes 15% off." Carousel: disclosure on slide 1 or caption line one, CTA and link on the final slide plus caption. One-pager: print your tracked short link and code in the footer with the disclosure beside it.
"Heads up: links to Arklavo in this checklist are affiliate links. I earn a commission on orders placed through them, at no extra cost to you."
The Screen-Recording Kit
A 4 to 7 minute screen recording of arklavo.com that takes a viewer from "no uniforms" to "order placed or quote requested" in one sitting. It proves three things on screen: no minimum orders, the customizer is real, and there are two paths (order directly, or request a quote for team orders).
Setup notes
- Record at 1920x1080 or higher. Full browser window, bookmarks bar hidden, other tabs closed.
- Use a sample logo you have rights to. Your own brand logo works well. Never use a logo you do not own.
- Narrate live while clicking if you can. It sounds more natural than a post-recorded voiceover.
- Move the cursor slowly. Pause 1 to 2 seconds on anything you want the viewer to read.
Storyboard (targets for a 6-minute video)
| # | Time | On screen | Talking point |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0:00-0:20 | Face cam or title card, then arklavo.com | Hook, then your spoken FTC disclosure before any link or code |
| 2 | 0:20-0:50 | Homepage | Frame the problem: minimums, stacked fees, 3-week waits. Point at the 13,000+ businesses figure on screen |
| 3 | 0:50-1:30 | Apparel nav, then polos | How you would pick a product for a real team. Mention embroidery, DTG, and heat press |
| 4 | 1:30-2:10 | A product page | Flat pricing, color options, full size run, and no minimum quantity anywhere on the page |
| 5 | 2:10-3:30 | The customizer | The centerpiece. Upload the sample logo, place it on the left chest, resize. Narrate every click |
| 6 | 3:30-4:00 | The customizer | Try a second placement or a second garment color. Show they can experiment before spending anything |
| 7 | 4:00-4:40 | Cart | Add 8 shirts in mixed sizes. Prove the no-minimum point with a real small order. Mention shipping included over $150 and 2-day production |
| 8 | 4:40-5:20 | arklavo.com/pages/request-quote | The second path: the 3-step form, logo upload, pricing back by email. No sales calls |
| 9 | 5:20-6:00 | Cart or quote page, then end card | Your link, your code for 15% off the first order, and where the link lives |
- If the live site looks different from this storyboard, record what you actually see. Never fake or mock up a screen.
- Do not show checkout payment fields on camera.
- For medical and practice audiences, feature embroidered polos, jackets, lab coats, and front-desk attire. Record only the products Arklavo actually sells.
- If you have a vertical, pick the product that vertical actually wears and say so on camera. Specific beats generic.
Talking points
Rewrite these into your voice. Do not read them word for word.
"If you run a small team and you have been putting off uniforms because every supplier wants a 50-piece minimum and three weeks of your life, this video is for you. Quick note: I am an affiliate for Arklavo, so if you buy through my link I earn a commission. It does not change your price, and my code gets you 15% off your first order."
"This is arklavo.com. US custom uniform company. Three reasons I am showing them: no minimum orders, production in about two days, and shipping included once your order passes $150. They have worked with over 13,000 businesses."
"Say you have a crew of eight and you want matching polos. They do real embroidery, DTG printing, and heat press. Embroidery is what I would pick for polos. It reads more established."
"Flat pricing, the color range, the full size run. And notice what is not here: no minimum quantity field, no setup fee, no fine print saying the price only works at 100 units."
"Hit customize and upload a logo. It drops straight onto the garment. Drag it to the left chest, resize, and see the finished shirt before spending a dollar. Most suppliers make you email back and forth for a week for this."
"You are not locked in. Move the logo, try a different color, see how it reads on navy versus black. Do this on your lunch break. Nobody calls you."
"Eight shirts in mixed sizes. There is the cart. Eight custom embroidered polos, ready to order. Over $150 and shipping is included. Production runs about two days."
"Ordering for 25, 50, 100 people? Go to arklavo.com/pages/request-quote. Three-step form: what you need, roughly how many, upload your logo. Preview and pricing come back by email. No sales calls, no calendar links. Volume pricing kicks in as quantities go up."
"Pick the product, drop your logo on it, order or request a quote. My link is in the description and the code gets you 15% off your first order. Go make your crew look the part."
Alternate hooks
- Minimums pain: "Every custom apparel company I priced wanted a 50-shirt minimum. I have six employees. Here is the one place that let me order exactly six."
- Speed: "Three weeks is the standard wait for custom uniforms. This company produces in about two days, and I am going to show you the exact flow so you can see there is no catch."
- Look established: "A team of five in matching embroidered polos looks like a company of five hundred. A team of five in random t-shirts looks like a group chat. Here is how to fix that in ten minutes."

- Quote URL included for team orders
- No earnings claims, no fake screens, only products Arklavo actually sells
- Brand spelled Arklavo everywhere
- Recorded on the live site with real clicks
- Platform paid-promotion label set where required
Title ideas
- "I Ordered Custom Uniforms for a 6-Person Team (Full Walkthrough)"
- "Custom Embroidered Polos With NO Minimum Order?"
- "How to Get Team Uniforms in 2 Days (Screen Recording, Start to Finish)"
- "The Custom Ink Alternative for Small Teams"
- "Watch Me Put My Logo on a Polo in Under 2 Minutes"
Thumbnail rules
- 3 to 5 words of overlay text, high contrast, readable at phone size.
- Use a screenshot of the real customizer, never a mocked-up interface.
- Never place the Arklavo logo on a garment in a thumbnail. Show your own sample logo or a "your logo here" mark.
Eight Verticals, Eight Angles
Pick the one your audience actually lives in. Each card gives you the pain, the products that convert, the angle that works, and what a typical first order pays you.
Restaurants and Cafes
New hires show up in whatever they own. Turnover means constant small reorders, and most vendors punish small runs. Aprons and tees fade fast on daily washes.
Embroidered polos, printed staff tees, aprons, caps and beanies, quarter-zips
"What it actually costs to outfit a 12-person crew," with a real line-item breakdown in the customizer
15 staff at 3 pieces each = 45 items, up to $180. Turnover adds ~20 items, up to $40 more. Around $220
Dental and Healthcare Practices
The front desk is the first thing patients see. Practice managers have no time to chase vendors, and 6-person practices cannot hit big minimums.
Embroidered polos for front desk and admin, lab coats, fleece and softshell jackets, button-downs, caps and quarter-zips
"The front-desk uniform upgrade that makes a small practice look established," before-and-after framing
10 staff, polo + jacket each plus 4 lab coats = 24 items, up to $96. Top-ups add 8 items, up to $16. Around $112
Keep healthcare content on polos, jackets, lab coats, and front-desk attire. That is the product line and where the orders happen.
Corporate and Office Teams
HR wants onboarding kits that feel real, procurement hates minimums and 3-week lead times. Swag closets fill with junk nobody wears.
Embroidered polos and button-downs, quarter-zips and softshells, hoodies and crewnecks, caps, event tees
"The new-hire kit that beats a $50 gift card": hoodie, polo, and cap bundle
40 people, polo + quarter-zip each = 80 items, up to $320. New-hire kits add ~30 items, up to $60. Around $380
Youth Sports and Clubs
Coaches and team parents front the money and need per-item prices that survive a budget meeting. Rosters change every season. The season starts on a fixed date.
Printed tees and performance shirts, hoodies and crewnecks, caps and beanies, coach polos and quarter-zips
"How to outfit a 14-kid roster for under the team budget," with real per-item math
18 players plus 3 coaches = 39 items, up to $156. Two seasons adds ~25 items, up to $50. Around $206
Salons, Spas, Gyms, and Studios
The staff look is the brand, and generic black tees undercut a premium price point. Teams of 4 to 10 cannot meet vendor minimums. Stylists and trainers churn.
Fitted printed tees and tanks, embroidered front-desk polos, cropped and relaxed-fit tees, zip hoodies, caps for retail resale
"Your studio's merch can pay for itself": staff uniforms plus a small retail run members actually buy
8 staff at 3 pieces plus a 15-piece retail run = 39 items, up to $156. Quarterly restocks add ~$90. Around $246
Property and Facilities Teams
Unmarked crews worry residents. Identifiable staff apparel is a trust issue, not a style choice. Crews grow and shrink with the season, so rigid minimums force waste.
Printed and embroidered work tees, leasing-office polos, softshell and fleece jackets, caps, long-sleeve tees
"Why residents trust uniformed maintenance staff," with a cost-per-crew-member breakdown
12 crew plus 4 office staff at 3 pieces each = 48 items, up to $192. Seasonal adds ~20 items, up to $40. Around $232
Schools and Faculty
Spirit days surface the same problem every year: no easy way to get matching faculty apparel in small quantities. Department orders never meet big-vendor minimums. Late apparel is useless apparel.
Printed spirit tees, front-office embroidered polos, quarter-zips and fleece, hoodies for coaches, caps for field day
"The faculty spirit-wear order that does not need a 50-piece minimum," aimed at PTAs and office managers
45 staff tees plus 10 front-office polos = 55 items, up to $220. Homecoming and field day add ~40 items, up to $80. Around $300
Promo Products and Gifting
Gifting buyers are burned out on trinkets. Apparel is the promo product people keep, but minimums and long lead times kill small campaigns. Decorators turn away jobs below their own minimum.
Embroidered quarter-zips and softshells for VIP gifts, hoodies and crewnecks for drops, conference tees, caps, appreciation-kit polos
"The client gift that does not end up in a drawer": embroidered outerwear versus the usual promo junk
30 jackets plus 60 event tees = 90 items, up to $360. A holiday round adds 40 items, up to $80. Around $440
Payout examples use the standard rate of up to $4 per item on first orders and up to $2 on reorders. Commission is calculated per product and confirmed in your dashboard. Examples, not promised or guaranteed income. Never put these numbers in audience-facing content.
Paste-Ready Disclosures
The disclosure goes before the affiliate link, not after it, and never below the fold. On video and audio, say it out loud. "#sp" and "#collab" on their own do not count. Copy the one that matches your format.
