A vector file such as AI, EPS, or SVG gives the cleanest result for embroidery and print because it scales without loss of quality. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, send the highest resolution version you have and our team will assess it during the proof stage. We do not charge for artwork preparation or digitizing.
