No. There is no minimum order at Arklavo. You can order a single polo to check the fit, fabric, and decoration before committing to a full team run, or place a bulk order of hundreds. The price per polo falls automatically as your quantity rises, with discounts starting at 10 pieces, 24, 50, 100, and 250 or more.

Most men's polo styles run S to 5XL, though the exact top of the range depends on the brand and cut you choose. We can handle a mixed size run on a single order. Tall and big-and-tall options are available on select styles. Include your size breakdown when you request a quote and we will confirm availability for each size before production.

Production takes 5 to 10 business days from proof approval. Shipping to US addresses typically adds 2 to 5 business days, so most orders arrive within 2 weeks. Yes, always. We send a free digital proof showing your logo on the polo before production begins. The proof covers logo placement, size, and color, so you can approve or request adjustments with no cost. Nothing goes into production until you sign off on the proof. There are no digitizing or setup fees at any point.

Bulk discounts apply automatically based on quantity: 5 percent off at 10 polos, 10 percent off at 24, 15 percent off at 50, 20 percent off at 100, and 25 percent off at 250 or more. Yes. Once your logo artwork and stitch file or print file are on our system, reorders are straightforward. Just send the style, sizes, and quantity and we will quote the reorder without redoing the setup or proof process. Yes. A single order can include multiple sizes and multiple colors. Include your size breakdown and color preferences when you request a quote. Keep in mind that mixing colors does not affect the price per piece, and we will confirm that each color is available in your chosen style before production begins.
