T Shirt Printing and Embroidery, Customized for Every Piece in the Order

Embroidery and t shirt printing under one order means picking the right finish for each piece instead of forcing one method onto everything a team needs. A crewneck can go out printed for a team cookout while another shirt in the same order gets embroidered for the office.

Arklavo has offered embroidery and t shirt printing since 2023, running both decoration methods on the same order rather than treating them as two separate purchases. A free digital proof comes back before either method starts, production takes 2 days, and every style across both finishes ships with no order minimum.

Bella + Canvas and Gildan for Budget Printed Runs

Bella + Canvas and Gildan printed crewnecks start at $6.99 for an adult tee, and Gildan's lightweight cotton tee drops to $5.99, the entry point for a large team order where the design works fine in full-color print instead of thread.

Comfort Colors and Next Level for Embroidery and T Shirt Printing at a Higher Weight

Comfort Colors' garment-dyed embroidered t-shirt runs $38.99 and Next Level's embroidered t-shirt runs $35.49, both heavier cotton that holds a stitched logo cleaner than a lighter blank does, worth the price difference for pieces meant to last years rather than a single event.

Under Armour and AS Colour for Performance and Long Sleeve Options

Under Armour's t-shirt runs $31.99 printed or $49.99 embroidered, built from moisture-wicking fabric for staff who stay active on shift. AS Colour's heavyweight long sleeve runs $30.99 printed or $45.00 embroidered, a heavier build for teams that need coverage past the elbow.

Who Mixes Embroidery and T Shirt Printing in One Order

Manufacturing

Without switching vendors, a plant covers both needs in one order: embroidered polos for office staff, printed tees for the shop floor.

Distribution & Logistics

Under one proof, a 3PL prints tees for seasonal warehouse hires and embroiders polos for dispatch staff.

Resorts

Front-desk polos get embroidered for a polished look while pool and activities staff wear printed tees at the same resort.

Craft breweries

A premium feel goes on taproom staff shirts through embroidery, while a cheaper printed tee covers a one-off festival pour for the same brewery.

Real estate teams

For showings, a brokerage embroiders agent polos; for a single community open-house event, it prints tees instead.

Auto repair & collision

Service-bay uniforms get embroidered while a giveaway tee for a seasonal customer appreciation event gets printed at the same shop.

SaaS companies

Client visits call for embroidered leadership polos, while the company-wide hackathon gets printed tees at the same software company.

Healthcare & Clinical

On the same order, a clinic embroiders front-desk staff polos and prints tees for a community health-fair booth.

Education

Split across one invoice, a school embroiders staff polos for daily wear and prints tees for a one-day spirit event.

Charities & foundations

For a gala, a foundation embroiders board-member polos; for volunteer check-in staff at the same event, it prints tees.

“Mixing embroidery and printing in one order sounds complicated until you realize the catalog treats it as two decoration methods on the same no-minimum policy, not two separate purchases. What we've seen is that a company ordering five embroidered polos and thirty printed tees in one go pays the same per-piece rate either style would get on its own, since neither method carries a case minimum here.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to embroider a shirt?

Embroidered t-shirts in this lineup run from $33.99 for a Gildan cotton tee up to $50.99 for an AS Color oversized style, with the exact price set by the brand and weight picked. A free digital proof is included at every price point.

Can you do embroidery on T-shirts?

Yes. Most of the t-shirt styles here are offered embroidered or printed, and the finish is picked per piece, so a company can order some shirts embroidered and others printed within the same run.

How much does it cost to get a custom T-shirt printed?

Printed t-shirts start at $5.99 for a Gildan lightweight cotton tee and run up to roughly $32 for a heavier printed blank, depending on brand and weight, with no setup fee on the first logo file.

Is there a minimum order for embroidery and t shirt printing?

No. Every style in this lineup, printed or embroidered, ships with no order minimum, so a single shirt runs the same per-piece price as a full team order. Larger orders step down the standard volume discount ladder.

How does ordering embroidery and t shirt printing online work?

Upload a logo file, and Arklavo sends back a free digital proof showing thread color or ink placement on the exact shirt style picked. Once that proof is approved, the order moves straight into production.

Are embroidered and printed t-shirts available in men's sizing?

Yes. Most styles in this lineup are offered in men's cuts, alongside women's, kids', and toddler sizing across select brands, so a mixed team or family order can be built from the same catalog.

How long does an order with both embroidery and printing take?

Production wraps in 2 days once the proof is approved, shipping typically adds 3 to 5 days, and orders over $150 qualify for free shipping, the same window whether an order is all printed, all embroidered, or split between the two.

Is there a setup fee for a first embroidery and printing order?

No. There is no setup fee for the first logo file, and that applies whether the file is set up for embroidery digitizing or full-color printing on the shirts in this lineup.

What is the price range across this embroidery and t shirt printing lineup?

Prices run from $5.99 for a printed Gildan lightweight tee up to $50.99 for an AS Color embroidered oversized style, with most brands falling in the teens to low thirties depending on weight and finish.

Can one order mix embroidered and printed shirts together?

Yes. A single order can send some shirts through embroidery and others through full-color printing, with one free digital proof covering each finish, so a company is not stuck choosing one method for the whole team.
