## Returns and Refunds

Custom orders are generally final because every item is decorated to the customer's specifications. Returns and remedies are accepted only in two cases: manufacturing defect or material nonconformity from the approved mockup. Customers must notify support within 30 calendar days of delivery to be eligible. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to the original payment method once the issue is verified. Repair, remake, or full refund are the available remedies at Arklavo's discretion.

Items not eligible for return include fit issues caused by buyer-supplied measurements, color or fabric preferences, and minor variations inherent to custom production runs.
